Appraisal Doctors maintains a professional staff of experienced, licensed and certified Appraisers who live throughout the state. This allows your appraisal to be completed by an expert, knowledgeable in the local market. Once completed, the appraisal report is sent electronically to the home office where it undergoes a comprehensive in-house review.

The finished product is then delivered electronically to the client. Other "hard copy" deliver options are available and are at the discretion of the client.

All appraisals are completed on the latest appraisal software that includes digital photographs, digital mapping, and digital signatures. The digital signatures are password protected which assures the integrity of the report.
